Color: Both a rich amber; the 12 Year a shade darker.

Nose: Sweet Wheat: honey, vanilla and fresh bread. 12 Year: toffee, dried fruit and deep oak.

Palate: Sweet Wheat is soft and round; the 12 Year is bigger, oakier and spicier.

Finish: Medium and sweet on Sweet Wheat; long and dry on the 12 Year.
