Refund policy

Gifted Pour is operated by Liquor Geeks LLC. Because many products sold on this site include alcoholic beverages, personalized items, and made-to-order gift products, the following Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Gifted Pour.
All Alcohol Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable legal, regulatory, and safety restrictions, all alcohol sales are final and non-returnable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for alcoholic beverages after an order has been placed, including for buyer’s remorse, taste preference, delayed delivery, refused delivery, failed adult signature, incorrect address provided at checkout, or packages returned to us by the carrier for delivery-related reasons.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Gift sets or bundles containing alcohol

Personalized, engraved, or custom products

Special-order items
-
Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Perishable goods

Personal care goods

Any item that has been opened, used, altered, or not in its original condition and packaging
Eligible Non-Alcohol Returns
Certain unused, unopened, non-alcohol items may be eligible for return if approved by Gifted Pour in writing within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received

Be in its original packaging

Include proof of purchase

Be approved in advance by Gifted Pour

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If a return is approved, return instructions will be provided directly. Gifted Pour does not publicly publish its return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns unless otherwise stated by Gifted Pour.
All approved eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@giftedpour.com.
Your claim must include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item received

Clear photos of the outer shipping box and packaging

Clear photos of the shipping label
Failure to contact us within 3 days of delivery, or failure to provide sufficient supporting documentation, may result in denial of the claim.
All damage, defect, and incorrect-item claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, Gifted Pour may, in its sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

Replacement

Partial refund

Store credit

Full refund
Failed Delivery, Adult Signature, Refused Delivery, and Returned Packages
Adult signature by a person 21 years of age or older is required for alcohol deliveries where applicable.
If a package is returned to us because:

No eligible adult was available to sign

Delivery was refused
-
The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete
-
The customer failed to retrieve the package as required by the carrier
Then:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
-
The order is subject to a 25% restocking fee

If the order originally qualified for free shipping due to a promotion, coupon, or offer, a $25 shipping recovery fee will apply in addition to the restocking fee
Any reshipment, if allowed, will require payment of new shipping charges and may be subject to additional restrictions.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, handling and delivery are outside Gifted Pour’s direct control.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, Gifted Pour is not automatically responsible for loss or theft occurring after delivery. Claims involving packages marked as delivered may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and customers may be required to cooperate with any carrier investigation, address verification, claim process, or delivery review.
Gifted Pour does not guarantee refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed, not including any additional time your bank or credit card company may require to post the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due solely to an error by Gifted Pour.
Chargebacks and Abuse
Customers agree to contact Gifted Pour first at hello@giftedpour.com regarding any issue with an order before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Gifted Pour reserves the right to deny claims, limit refunds, refuse service, cancel orders, or take further action in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, policy manipulation, or bad-faith chargeback activity.
Shipping Restrictions
Gifted Pour ships only within the United States and only to locations where the shipment of the purchased products is legally permitted.
Orders that cannot legally be fulfilled may be canceled in Gifted Pour’s sole discretion.
