Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Gifted Pour ships alcoholic beverages, gift sets, and related products. Gifted Pour is operated by Liquor Geeks LLC, a California limited liability company.

Where We Ship

Gifted Pour ships within the United States. Alcohol delivery is restricted by state and, in some cases, local regulations. To confirm delivery is available to a specific address, enter the address at checkout — the checkout reflects live shipping eligibility for the destination you enter.

We do not ship internationally.

Adult Signature Required

Federal law and carrier policy require that all alcohol deliveries be received by an adult 21 years of age or older. The recipient must:

  • Be physically present at the delivery address at the time of delivery.
  • Present valid, government-issued photo identification showing they are 21 or older.
  • Sign for the package.

The carrier will not leave the package unattended, will not release it to a recipient under 21, and will not release it to a recipient unable to produce valid ID. Repeated failed-delivery attempts may result in the package being returned to Gifted Pour, in which case the terms of the Refund Policy apply.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, federal holidays, or outside standard business hours are processed on the next business day.

Some products — including allocated releases, gift sets requiring assembly, and engraved bottles — may require additional processing time. Where applicable, the product detail page or order confirmation will note an estimated production window.

Transit Times

Transit time after the order ships depends on the destination, the carrier handoff, and the shipping option you select at checkout. The checkout displays the estimated delivery window for your specific destination after you enter your shipping address. This estimate is the most reliable timing signal for any specific order.

Weather, carrier capacity, and local conditions can occasionally extend transit beyond the original estimate. Gifted Pour is not responsible for carrier delays after a package leaves our fulfillment center, but we will assist with any carrier-side investigation as needed.

Failed Delivery, Refused Delivery, and Returned Packages

If a delivery cannot be completed because:

  • No adult 21+ is present after the carrier's allowed delivery attempts,
  • The recipient is unable or unwilling to produce valid government-issued photo ID,
  • The recipient is visibly intoxicated or the carrier otherwise determines that delivery would be unlawful,
  • The shipping address is incorrect, undeliverable, or refused,

the carrier may return the package to Gifted Pour. Costs associated with failed delivery, refused delivery, address corrections, and re-shipment are governed by our Refund Policy and may be deducted from any refund issued.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your package arrives damaged or is reported lost in transit, contact hello@giftedpour.com within 3 days of the scheduled delivery date with your order number and supporting photos (for damage claims). All damage and loss claims are handled under the Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders section of our Refund Policy.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute alcohol shipments in transit once they have entered the carrier network, except in limited cases coordinated directly with the carrier. Address-correction fees imposed by the carrier may be passed through to the customer.

Force Majeure

Gifted Pour is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or other failures of performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, severe weather, public health events, government action, carrier capacity disruptions, labor disputes, and infrastructure outages. Where such circumstances affect a specific order, we will work in good faith with the affected customer to identify an appropriate remedy under our Refund Policy.

Engraved and Personalized Items

Engraved bottles, hand-crafted gift messages, and other personalized items are made to order and may add 2–5 business days to processing time. Personalization details (engraving text, message text, recipient name) are reviewed at the time of order; customers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted details.

Corporate and Bulk Gifting

Corporate and bulk gift orders may be handled on a custom delivery schedule. Contact hello@giftedpour.com to coordinate timing, multi-address delivery, custom packaging, and any other logistical requirements.
