Zumbador Tequila Blanco High Proof is the overproof expression of Zumbador's additive-free highland blanco, distilled at Destilería El Sabino (NOM 1643) in the Altos de Jalisco by the López family. Agave is cooked in stone and brick ovens, crushed by tahona and roller mill, fermented in open-air wood and stainless tanks, and run through copper-coil and all-copper pot stills — then bottled at 54% ABV (108 proof) to show the spirit closer to how it leaves the still.

The nose is bright with tropical fruit, citrus and cooked agave, lifted by light cinnamon and an earthy undertone. The palate is rich and full with a creamy texture: cooked agave, lime, grapefruit and a saline edge. The finish is long and dry, with cinnamon and agave sweetness lingering.
