Crafted in the heart of Kirby, Wyoming, this limited-edition release pays tribute to Old Faithful and the pioneering spirit of F. Jay Haynes—Yellowstone National Park’s first official photographer. Aged for a full decade in Wyoming’s wild climate, this bold and expressive bourbon is a rich harmony of tradition, terroir, and time. Distilled from non-GMO grains sourced from the Big Horn Basin and limestone-filtered water drawn from a mile-deep aquifer, it reflects the essence of the land and those who live it.

Nose: Deep red fruits, dark chocolate, hints of dried cherries, and leather. Layers of oak and subtle tobacco emerge with time in the glass.

Palate: A decadent blend of baking spices, candied orange peel, and buttery toffee opens the experience, followed by rich black forest cake flavors layered with crushed almonds and a touch of leather. The mouthfeel is velvety with a warming spice undertone.

Finish: Long and elegant, with cacao powder, vanilla bean, and toasted spice, fading gently into notes of dried sultanas and seasoned oak.
