The top half of the Weller line: the barrel-strength Full Proof, the Single Barrel, and C.Y.P.B. (Craft Your Perfect Bourbon), the fan-designed release. Three of the hardest wheated bourbons to find, together.

Pair it with our Wheated Starter and you own the whole Weller shelf.

W.L. Weller Full Proof

W.L. Weller Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Weller C.Y.P.B. Original Wheated Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Ships together in one box from our San Diego shop. Priced below buying each bottle separately — the compare-at price is what the set costs one bottle at a time.

Color: Full Proof is dark copper; Single Barrel is deep amber with a red glow; C.Y.P.B. is medium amber.

Nose: Full Proof: butterscotch, baked apple and toasted oak. Single Barrel: honey, toffee, vanilla and soft florals. C.Y.P.B.: orange peel, vanilla and light cinnamon.

Palate: The top three of the Weller wheated line. Full Proof (114 proof, non-chill filtered) is dense caramel with real heat; Single Barrel (97 proof) is creamy, honeyed and polished; C.Y.P.B. (95 proof) is the crowd-picked recipe, sweet and citrusy with a touch of tannin.

Finish: Long and spicy on Full Proof, long and smooth on Single Barrel, medium and sweet on C.Y.P.B.
