Nose: Caramel and honey (SR), cherry and cinnamon (107), dried fruit and leather (12), vanilla and orange peel (C.Y.P.B.).

Palate: Soft wheated bourbon at four proofs and ages: gentle, spicy, oak-driven, and balanced in turn.

Finish: Short and sweet on SR, long and spicy on 107, slow and oaky on the 12 and C.Y.P.B.
