The Macallan TIME : SPACE Sherry Cask is a 20 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky and the third chapter in The Macallan's TIME : SPACE Collection, released in September 2026. It is the first Macallan whisky influenced by sherry casks seasoned with the distillery's own Valdespino sherry since the historic Jerez bodega came under The Macallan's ownership.

The whisky matured on The Macallan Estate in predominantly European oak sherry-seasoned casks, with a touch of American oak, before a marrying period in a selection of the first 200 casks crafted in The Macallan's own cooperages, seasoned with Valdespino sherry in Jerez de la Frontera and filled in 2024, the distillery's 200th anniversary year. Bottled at 44.8% ABV (89.6 proof) with natural colour, it opens with sherry-soaked raisins, figs and Medjool dates over cinder toffee and dark chocolate, and finishes long with warming wood spice, gentle oak and a hint of espresso.
