SuTi Dzo is the lightest expression from SuTi Craft Distillery in Kennedale, Texas, the first US distillery producing rưỡu đế, the traditional Vietnamese rice spirit. Founded by distiller Suy Dinh and designer Tien Ngo, whose initials form the SuTi name, the distillery mills rice grown in South Texas and Louisiana, cooks it for a day, ferments it for five, and runs it once through a single copper pot still. Dzo has taken ADI Best of Class honors for Distilled US Asian Spirit in 2024, 2025, and 2026, along with Double Gold awards in 2024 and 2025.

Bottled at 30% ABV, Dzo pours crystal clear and opens with delicate floral and jasmine-rice aromatics. The palate is light and crisp with a gentle grain sweetness that makes it the most approachable entry point in the SuTi range, closing on a short, clean, soft rice finish.
