Sunora Bacanora Blanco is a Denominación de Origen agave spirit distilled in Sonora, Mexico, where bacanora has been produced for generations under its own protected designation, distinct from mezcal and tequila. It is made from 100% Agave Pacifica, wild agave plants aged roughly six years before harvest, and produced by Amigo Brands using a three-ingredient approach of agave juice, proprietary estate yeast, and water drawn from the Río Zanjón aquifer, with no additives. The agave is roasted in lava-rock ovens and finished in an autoclave, then stone-wheel milled, fermented for six to twelve days, and triple distilled in copper stills.

Crystal clear in the glass, Sunora Bacanora Blanco opens with fresh herbal and grassy notes alongside watermelon rind, citrus, and sweet pepper, with a trace of mesquite smoke underneath. The palate turns dry, complex, and peppery, moving through grilled artichoke, green pepper, and mint over a mineral backbone, before finishing with black-pepper heat that fades into smoky, earthy, mineral notes.
