Sie7e Deseos Espadín Mezcal is a Mezcal Artesanal produced in Villa de Etla, Oaxaca, under the direction of maestro mezcalero Rogelio Bautista Viveros. Founded in Puebla in 2022 around a "seven desires" concept, the brand is instantly recognizable by its red-gradient square bottle. This Joven expression is made entirely from 100% Maguey Espadín, cooked in a stone conical oven fired with oak and pine wood before fermenting in pine-wood tanks and undergoing double distillation in a wood-fired copper alambique.

The traditional production methods carry through into the glass, with cooked agave and herbal notes joined by a distinctive pine touch on the nose.
