A high-rye mash bill of 52% corn, 44% rye and 4% malted barley spends six years in new #4 char barrels before bottling. Expect honey and cinnamon up front, then spiced rye, leather and dark chocolate wrapped in a long caramel finish. Proof varies by batch (recent releases have landed between 114 and 123 proof), so pour it neat for the full cask-strength hit or add a few drops of water to open up the honey and floral notes. 750 ML.
