Selected in collaboration with Rick George and the University of Colorado Athletics Department, this limited expression is composed of just five carefully chosen barrels aged between four and nine years.

Produced by Laws Whiskey House, the whiskey features the distillery’s signature four-grain mash bill made from heirloom Colorado grains. Rich, full-bodied, and beautifully balanced, this special release reflects both the spirit of Colorado and the meticulous craft that defines Laws Whiskey House. A portion of proceeds from every bottle supports student-athletes across all 11 sports at the University of Colorado, making this a meaningful bottle for collectors and bourbon enthusiasts alike.

Aroma: Complex and inviting with notes of cherry wood, beeswax, vanilla bean, and golden raisin.

Palate: Smooth and full-bodied with a gentle sweetness at the front of the palate, followed by flavors of honey, orange spice tea, almond butter, and soft oak spice. The four-grain mash bill adds depth and balance throughout.

Finish: Long and refined, finishing slightly dry with lingering honeyed spice, toasted almond, and warm oak.
