Clos Lanson 2007: a single-vineyard Blanc de Blancs from a walled one-hectare clos in the heart of Reims, in a wooden box.
Clos Lanson is a small walled Chardonnay vineyard beside the Lanson cellars, bottled on its own only in the best years. The wine is fermented in oak and aged at length on its lees. The result is precise, chalky Chardonnay with citrus, white flowers, brioche and toasted notes. 12.5% ABV, 750ml.
