Green River Full Proof Wheated Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a smooth and flavorful expression from Green River Distilling Co., crafted in the heart of Kentucky using a traditional wheated mash bill. Made with 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% wheat, and 9% malted barley, this bourbon replaces the sharper rye spice with the soft, rounded sweetness that wheated bourbons are known for.

The result is a bright yet comforting whiskey that highlights peach, apricot, and warm pastry notes while maintaining classic Kentucky character. Produced in Owensboro, it reflects the revived Green River style—easy-drinking, approachable, and rich with natural sweetness, yet still complex enough to stand out among traditional bourbons.

Appearance: Rich golden-amber with warm, glowing tones in the glass.

Nose: Soft and inviting. Ripe peach and caramel lead the aroma, followed by apricot, cinnamon, and a gentle pastry-like sweetness that hints at the wheated mash bill.
