Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Cask Strength Oloroso is drawn from the first Ranch Reserve lot at the distillery in Hye, Texas. The bourbon spent four years in new American oak, then another four years in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. Master Distiller Donnis Todd held back a small group of standout barrels and bottled each one on its own, uncut, unfiltered and non-chill filtered.

Every bottle names its own barrel number and proof; the Oloroso barrels run from 124.6 to 136.7 proof. Oloroso is the drier sherry style, so expect walnut and baking spice over the Texas bourbon's caramel and charred oak, with a long, warming finish. A few drops of water open up the dried fruit.

Only about 3,000 bottles exist, released in October 2026 and allocated to select retailers. A natural pick for Texas whiskey collectors, or alongside its PX-finished sibling. 750ml. Ships to most US states. Adult signature required at delivery.
