Ships together in one box from our San Diego shop. Priced below buying each bottle separately — the compare-at price is what the set costs one bottle at a time.

Color: Small Batch is bright amber; Barrel Proof is deep copper.

Nose: Small Batch: caramel corn, vanilla, light oak and a hint of tobacco. Barrel Proof: rich caramel, dark chocolate, cherry and charred oak.

Palate: The bottled-in-bond Small Batch (100 proof) is balanced and easy, sweet corn and oak with gentle spice. Barrel Proof is the same whiskey uncut and unfiltered, typically 125 to 130 proof, thick with dark sugar, spice and a long burn.

Finish: Medium and warm on Small Batch, very long and hot on Barrel Proof.
