Dom Pérignon Rosé 2003 in its Plénitude Deuxième (P2) release, aged far longer on its lees before disgorgement.
Southern Glazer's tasting note calls it concentrated and remarkably well defined: a structured, rich fullness, with silky, spicy material that slowly fades into a mineral, iodine and salty finish. The hot 2003 vintage gives generous fruit, and the extended lees ageing adds depth and texture. 12.5% ABV, 750ml.
