Doc Holliday 13 Year Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged 13 years and finished in European oak casks that formerly held Oloroso sherry. It's one of four expressions in the brand's August 2025 cask-finish release, paired alongside 8 and 13 year Oloroso and Armagnac finishes, and is bottled as a single barrel at cask strength from a mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley.

The sherry cask finish deepens this bourbon into a ruby-amber pour with a nose of red berries, cherry tart, brownie batter, aged leather, oak, rye bread, white peppercorn, and vanilla bean. On the palate it opens with juicy red berries and dried cherries before giving way to charred oak, peppercorn spice, light rye grain, tobacco leaf, and earthy notes, finishing dry with faint berries and cream and a short, lingering touch of rye spice.
