Bottled straight from the barrel at 54% ABV (108 proof), this Extra Añejo pours a dark amber color and carries a nose of cooked agave, oak, vanilla, and dried fruit with noticeable barrel-strength heat. On the palate it delivers concentrated cooked agave, chocolate, and toasted wood with walnut undertones, finishing long, warm, and oaky.
