Decoy Limited is the single-appellation tier of Decoy, sourced from specific Sonoma, Napa, North Coast and Paso Robles vineyards. The Brut Rosé blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, fermented a second time in the bottle and aged 12 months en tirage. Bing cherry, wild strawberry, candied lemon rind and graham cracker lead, and generous fruit is framed by a fine mousse and vibrant acidity through a bright, sophisticated finish. 750ml, 12.5% ABV.
