Christian Drouin Calvados Pays d'Auge XO is a distinguished apple brandy crafted in the renowned Pays d'Auge region of Normandy, France. Made from a blend of bitter, bitter-sweet, sweet, and sharp cider apples, it undergoes meticulous double distillation in copper stills. This XO expression is aged in small, previously-used casks, which include former wine casks, fortified wine casks, and brandy casks, enhancing its richness, sweetness, and complexity.

Appearance: Rich amber color with golden hues.
Nose: Opens with vibrant fruit aromas, reminiscent of ripe apples and orchard fruits. Gradually develops into notes of vanilla, complemented by hints of oak and subtle spice.
Palate: Smooth and well-rounded on the palate, with layers of apple compote and baked apples, balanced by delicate woody undertones. The brandy cask influence adds a touch of sweetness, contributing to a complex flavor profile.
