Nose: Caymus: ripe blackberry, cassis, cocoa and vanilla. Silver Oak: black cherry, plum, cedar and the house American-oak vanilla.

Palate: Caymus is lush, plush and fruit-forward with soft tannins; Silver Oak is more structured and savory, with the signature oak and a long, polished tannin.

Finish: Long and rich on both.
