The Cognac-cask finishing gives this reposado a distinctive personality. On the palate, expect cooked agave and honey up front, followed by candied orange peel, dried apricot, soft vanilla, and a subtle nutty oak spice from the barrel. The finish is long, rounded, and elegant — closer to an añejo in weight than most reposados — with the French-oak influence reading clearly in the tail.
