Cambio Tequila Blanco
Cambio Blanco (NOM 1605) is produced at a single estate in Los Altos, Jalisco, using 100% Blue Weber agave slow-roasted whole in traditional brick ovens, with juice extracted via a tahona stone wheel — a labor-intensive method that preserves the full, unmasked character of the agave. Despite its Blanco classification, the spirit rests briefly in used French oak wine barrels before bottling. Cambio holds certification from the Additive Free Alliance, confirming the finished spirit contains no additives of any kind.
The nose opens on honey-roasted agave with a bright lift of guava and ripe peach, rounded by fresh orange peel and a delicate floral note. On the palate, roasted agave sweetness leads, followed by tropical fruit — guava and peach — with citrus brightness and a faint vanilla warmth carried from the brief oak contact. The finish is clean and medium-length, with lingering agave sweetness and a touch of citrus.
A versatile bottle equally at home sipped neat alongside a pairing menu or shaken into a classic Margarita or Paloma, the Cambio Blanco pairs naturally with the full range of single-estate and additive-free tequilas in the Gifted Pour Tequila collection — including expressions from the Highlands of Jalisco and beyond. Ships to most US states. Adult-signature required at delivery.
