This unique expression is a blend of straight rye whiskeys, predominantly 95% rye, aged between 5-8 years. What sets it apart is its double cask finishing process in Madeira and rum casks, adding layers of complexity and depth to its character. Bottled at 92 proof and non-chill filtered, it embodies the spirit of innovation and craftsmanship that defines BLACKENED whiskey.

Nose: The aroma opens with enticing notes of green apple, barn hay, caramel, and subtle hints of banana bread.

Palate: Delightfully complex flavors unfold on the palate, with pronounced notes of pear, honeysuckle, muscovado sugar, almond, and a touch of cinnamon. Layers of sawn-wood and waffle cone add a unique texture and depth.
