Bardstown Bourbon Silver Oak Collaboration is a sophisticated union of fine bourbon and premium wine. This collaboration brings together Bardstown Bourbon Company’s expertise in bourbon with Silver Oak’s renowned winemaking traditions. The expression is a custom blend of 9 to 15-year-old bourbon, which undergoes a secondary maturation for 17 months in Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. The result is a rich and complex bourbon, enriched by the flavors imparted from the wine barrels, offering a perfect harmony of ripe fruit, caramel, roasted nuts, and oak. Bottled at an impressive 54% ABV, this limited-edition whiskey showcases innovation and craftsmanship.

Aroma: The nose is rich and inviting with layers of baked strawberry, ripe plum, and roasted nuts. Subtle hints of cinnamon, cocoa, and sweet oak enhance the complexity.
