Built on a wheated mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley, the whiskey rests a full 10 years before finishing in a combination of Sherry and Madeira casks, layering fortified-wine character onto the base bourbon.

The finish shows in a deep amber pour, opening with honeycomb, tobacco leaf, and dark fruit alongside a touch of leather. On the palate, plum, blueberry, cherry, and raisin lead over a creamy texture, while the finish settles into red grapes, caramel, and light spice with a lingering sweetness.
