Wolfcraig 30 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky unites two legendary master blenders—Richard Paterson OBE and Ian Macmillan—in a collaboration dedicated to crafting exceptional, ultra-premium blends. Drawing on parcels of whisky from all five Scotch-producing regions, with particular depth from the Highlands and Speyside, this 30-year-old expression represents decades of careful maturation and blending expertise.

The whiskies were harmonised in aged Pedro Ximénez sherry casks sourced from Bodega San Andrés in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, imparting luxurious richness and layered sweetness. Bottled at 46% ABV for enhanced body and complexity, this distinguished blend earned Gold at the 2023 Spirits Business Global Scotch Whisky Masters Awards (19–30 Year Old Blended Category).

Opulent, majestic, and deeply complex, Wolfcraig 30 is a testament to patience, provenance, and blending artistry.

Nose: Bold and expressive, opening with Seville orange marmalade, creamy caramel, and Manuka honey. Lemon drizzle cake and freshly baked banana bread follow, alongside sweet pineapple, Devonshire fudge, and caramelised pear. Subtle Ogen melon and sun-kissed raisins add an elegant fruity flourish.

Palate: Luxurious and layered, encouraging a long, contemplative sip. Maple syrup and bitter chocolate intertwine with Pontefract cake and sweet sultanas. Vibrant Cara Cara orange and crushed almonds lead into notes of Napoleon cake drenched in Madagascan vanilla custard, creating remarkable richness and depth.

Finish: A decadent finale of crème brûlée, cape gooseberries, and toffee apple. Lingering impressions of aged balsamic, espresso coffee, and gentle ginger spice drift gracefully, leaving a refined and satisfying aftertaste.
