Western Son is made in small batches in Pilot Point, Texas, run ten times through a 20-foot column still fitted with copper plates, then filtered four times before being cut to proof. The corn base gives it a rounder, gently sweet character than grain vodkas, with a whisper of pepper on the nose and a smooth, balanced finish. Gluten free.
