Veuve Clicquot Champagne Brut Rosé Vintage 2015 is a bold and elegant expression of the House’s iconic Vintage collection — a cuvée that showcases the audacity, creativity and pioneering vision of Madame Clicquot. This 67th declared vintage continues the legacy she founded in 1810 when she created the first vintage champagne in history.
Crafted from a blend dominated by 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier, and enriched with 13% red still wine from Bouzy Pinot Noir, this rosé delivers structure, finesse, and vibrant red-fruit intensity. Wines vinified and aged in large oak casks (11%) add spicy undertones, toasted complexity, and aromatic depth. Presented in a luxurious gift box, the 2015 Vintage Rosé is a radiant, gastronomic champagne designed for collectors, gifting, and unforgettable dining experiences.

Appearance: Deep rose with shimmering copper highlights and a delicate, persistent bead of fine bubbles.

Aroma: A pure, expressive nose marked by fresh red fruits — strawberry, raspberry, cherry — interwoven with grapefruit and other citrus accents. With oxygenation, aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, subtle spice, and toasted notes emerge.

Palate: Energetic and complex with immediate vibrancy. Notes of orange blossom, yuzu, mandarin, and cherry unfold across the palate, balanced by hints of aniseed, Vienna bread, apricot, blueberries, and dried dates. The oak-aged component adds layers of saffron, brioche, and roasted nuance.
