The Parlor Room takes the classic Old Fashioned recipe and swaps the American whiskey base for French Cognac, so the drink leans softer and fruitier: dried fruit, vanilla and oak from the brandy, brown-sugar sweetness, and aromatic bitters with subtle orange to tie it together. Bottled at cocktail strength (35% ABV) so there is nothing to measure or stir. About five cocktails per bottle. Pour over a big cube and express an orange peel.
