The liquid itself reflects 18 years of patient barrel development, drawing deep color, dried fruit richness, and layered wood spice from decades in sherry oak.

Nose

Rich dried fruit — dark raisin, Medjool date, and candied orange peel — opens first, supported by warm baking spice and a pronounced influence of sherry oak. Subtle hints of dark chocolate and toasted almond add depth beneath the fruit.

Palate

Full-bodied and structured with waves of dried cherry, sultana, and stewed plum anchored by clove, cinnamon, and ginger spice. The sherry cask influence is prominent throughout, weaving together honeyed sweetness with a firm, resinous oak backbone. Hints of toffee and dried orange zest round out the mid-palate complexity.

Finish

Long and warming, with lingering dried fruit, dark chocolate, and oak tannin fading gracefully. A faint wisp of smoke and a trace of espresso bitterness mark the very end, adding length and definition to the close.
