The Dalmore's cigar malt, grown up: an 18-year-old Highland single malt finished across five casks and bottled at 46%, natural colour, non-chill filtered.

Cigar Malt Signature Reserve Aged 18 Years is the richer, older sibling of The Dalmore's Cigar Malt Reserve and a new permanent member of the Principal Collection. The spirit spends sixteen years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then is finished in Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks, French oak Marsala casks, and Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon barriques. The result is built for a medium-to-full cigar: chocolate orange, dried fig and dark fruit on the nose with a thread of sandalwood, then forest berries, sticky dates, orange marmalade, dark chocolate and cinnamon on the palate, closing long with nutmeg and dark fruit.
