Stranahan's Cask Strength Single Barrel Whiskey is a testament to Colorado's whiskey-making prowess, crafted from 100% barley. Double-distilled from a unique blend of four malted barleys sourced exclusively from Colorado, this whiskey is aged in virgin-charred American white oak barrels for 4 years. It undergoes a Solera finishing process, creating a rich and mellow spirit that embodies the rugged spirit of the Rockies, cut with pure Rocky Mountain water.

Aroma: The nose opens with enticing aromas of caramel-butterscotch and vanilla, layered with notes of maple syrup and a hint of leather.
Flavor: On the palate, flavors of cinnamon-butter and vanilla dominate, complemented by rich chocolate and warm caramel. Subtle hints of spiced pear add complexity, while the whiskey glides over the tongue with a texture reminiscent of table cream and melted brown sugar.
