Founded in 2020 by Josh Irving and Pablo Antinori under I&A Agave Spirits, the brand is built on a clear premise: 100% Blue Weber agave, no additives, and production at a named, registered distillery with a verifiable NOM.

The blanco leads with freshly cooked agave character and a natural sweetness that carries through the mid-palate. Subtle fresh citrus lifts the profile, and the finish closes with a distinct hint of black pepper spice — a naturally occurring trait in well-made, additive-free unaged tequila.
