SirDavis is the American whisky created by Beyoncé in partnership with Moët Hennessy, blending a rye-forward mash with Texas-distilled character and finished in sherry casks. Named for her great-grandfather Davis Hogue, a Texas farmer and distiller, SirDavis is positioned as a premium sipping whisky that bridges American rye tradition with a modern, sherry-influenced finish.
On the nose, the whisky opens with golden honey, fresh apricot, and subtle layers of sherry-cask spice. The palate is rich and balanced — baking spice, dried fig, vanilla, and a supple oak backbone — before finishing long and warm with a soft nuttiness from the cask. It drinks beautifully neat, pairs cleanly with a single cube of ice, and holds its own in a Manhattan or an elevated Old Fashioned where the rye character wants to come forward.
