Remus Repeal Reserve® Series VIII is a remarkable addition to the award-winning Remus Repeal Reserve collection, crafted to celebrate the repeal of Prohibition on December 5, 1933. This edition is the oldest release to date, blending a unique mix of bourbons aged between 10 and 17 years. Master Distiller Ian Stirsman has made notable adjustments, including returning to non-chill filtration to enhance mouthfeel and increasing the proportion of the high-rye recipe bourbon in the blend. The result is a complex, rich bourbon that pays homage to history while delivering a bold, refined drinking experience.
