Planteray Aged Rum One Time Limited Edition 15 Year Belize 2008 is a rare and exquisitely aged rum, created as a tribute to both the sugarcane plant and the sun’s warmth, with only a limited number of bottles available. Distilled from molasses in the Multi Column Still at the Travelers Liquors Limited Distillery in Belize, this rum spent 13 years maturing in American ex-bourbon casks before being refined for an additional two years in Ferrand ex-cognac casks in France. This aging process imparts complex layers of flavors, delivering an expressive and memorable experience at 48.3% ABV without any added dyes.

Nose: A captivating bouquet of rich old bourbon notes, with inviting hints of spicy cinnamon, warm vanilla, and nutmeg. Aromas of roasted almonds, cocoa, honey, and ripe bananas add depth and sweetness.

Palate: A lush balance of spice and fruit greets the palate, with zesty citrus, juicy pear, and caramel melting into flavors of coconut, pepper, cloves, licorice, and a hint of tobacco.

Finish: The finish is long and intense, featuring a lingering complexity of dried fruits, cherry notes, creamy vanilla, coffee, and subtle herbal undertones.
