This edition carries a nine-year age statement — unusually mature for the label — drawn from whiskey pot-distilled and aged in California, and released once a year as the distillery's seasonal signature.

Nine years of oak give the whiskey a deep, wintry character. The nose leads with gingerbread, baking spice, and toasted rye bread over dried orange peel, while the palate layers dark caramel, dried cherry, clove, and molasses on toasted oak. It closes long and warming, with cocoa, oak, and a peppery spice that suits the season on the label.
