Distilled and aged at the restored James E. Pepper Distillery in Lexington, Kentucky, this bourbon follows the strict Bottled-in-Bond regulations, ensuring a minimum of four years of aging and bottling at 100 proof. Crafted from a unique blend of mash bills containing corn, rye, malted barley, and malted rye, and aged in Kentucky Oak barrels that have been air-seasoned for up to two years, this bourbon offers a deep, rich, and balanced profile.

Nose: A welcoming bouquet of caramelized sugar, vanilla bean, toasted oak, and warm baking spices, with subtle undertones of malt and dark fruit.
