Bottled at 84 proof, this additive-free reposado rests in sherry-seasoned American oak, layering a richer, darker cask influence over El Pandillo's famously vibrant highland agave spirit.

The sherry wood shows in dried fruit, toasted nuts and honeyed oak on the nose, while the palate balances cooked agave and vanilla against fig, baking spice and a subtle saline-mineral edge. The elevated proof carries the finish long and warm without turning hot.
