The Mijenta Symphony Series No. 2 is a masterful expression of tequila craftsmanship, born from an innovative aging technique that brings together staves of oak from Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. These custom-built barrels create a layered and evolving aging environment, allowing the tequila to absorb a wide range of characteristics from each wood type over the course of approximately 8 months of maturation.

Bottled at a robust 45% ABV, this Reposado delivers an intensified expression of highland-grown, fully mature agave, harmonized with subtle yet vibrant notes of vanilla, coconut, spice, and fruit. The result is a bold, elegant spirit that celebrates complexity and balance.

Appearance:
Light straw yellow with shimmering silver hues; medium to full-bodied with slow-forming legs that suggest richness and depth.

Nose:
Aromatically rich and inviting. Dominant notes of cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, and ripe banana lead, followed by bright accents of citrus peel, fresh herbs, and lightly toasted almonds. A touch of earthiness keeps it grounded.

Palate:
