Mijenta Maestra Selection No. 2 is a rare and refined limited-edition blanco tequila, showcasing the rich diversity of Mexico’s five official tequila-producing states: Jalisco, Guanajuato, Michoacán, Nayarit, and Tamaulipas. Under the artistry of Maestra Tequilera Ana Maria Romero, agaves from each region were harvested, distilled separately, and then masterfully blended to create a spirit that is as complex as it is harmonious.

This bottling is a deep exploration of terroir, celebrating how regional differences in soil, climate, and altitude express themselves through the agave. Crafted additive-free, the result is a blanco tequila with remarkable character and elegance.

Appearance: Crystal clear with silvery highlights; luminous, full-bodied, and expressive in the glass.

Nose: A layered aromatic bouquet of cooked agave, caramelized coconut, vanilla, and roasted pineapple, with fruity highlights like caramelized cherry. Hints of fresh lemon, cardamom, nutmeg, and tonka pepper give depth, balanced by mint, sage, freshly cut grass, and soft rose petals.

Palate: Silky and sweet, with a bright entry that evolves into a rich complexity of sweet spice, herbaceous notes, floral elegance, and vibrant citrus. The blend of terroirs creates a beautifully structured mouthfeel with long, elegant persistence.
