Laws Whiskey House Centennial Bonded Straight Wheat Whiskey
Laws Whiskey House Centennial Bonded Straight Wheat Whiskey is a rare and elegant expression that showcases the purity of heirloom grain and the precision of traditional American whiskey-making. Crafted by Laws Whiskey House, this distinctive release is made from a single season’s harvest of Centennial Wheat — an heirloom soft white spring wheat grown in Colorado’s high-altitude San Luis Valley.
Aged for over seven years in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels and bottled under the strict standards of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, this whiskey represents both heritage and craftsmanship. It is also the first wheat whiskey made in Colorado to meet Bottled in Bond standards, reflecting the distillery’s dedication to grain-to-glass production and time-honored techniques. Recognized with Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2022, Centennial Bonded Wheat Whiskey delivers a refined, terroir-driven character unlike traditional bourbon or rye.
