Crafted with meticulous care by Louise McGuane, the founder of JJ Corry Irish Whiskey, in collaboration with Rebecca Jago and Helen Mulholland, this whiskey embodies the culmination of decades of expertise and passion. Originating from a selection of vintage 1991 Single Malt whiskeys, it was carefully married and finished in an ex-Oloroso Sherry Butt, adding a rich and complex layer to its profile. This release is not just a whiskey; it's a celebration of craftsmanship and the spirit of collaboration among three pioneering women in the whiskey industry.
