Crafted by Kaiyo Whisky, this limited First Edition release is made from 100% malted barley and matured primarily in rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks for over a decade.

After its long maturation, the whiskey is finished in first-fill Ruby Port pipes personally selected by the Master Blender, adding depth, fruit richness, and refined sweetness. The combination of long Mizunara aging, ocean maturation, and port finishing creates a complex and balanced whiskey that is both traditional and distinctive. Non-chill filtered and produced in limited quantities, The Rubi stands as one of the more unique Japanese-style whiskies available today.
