Sourced primarily from the high-elevation Beck Vineyard in the Paso Robles Creston District, this limited-production wine reflects both the intensity of the region and the winery’s commitment to sustainability. Aged for 20 months in predominantly new French oak, it delivers depth, structure, and sophistication, embodying Paso Robles Cabernet at its most refined.

Appearance: Deep, inky ruby with a dark core, showcasing concentration and richness.

Aroma: Bold and expressive, with aromas of cassis, wild berries, and black cherry layered alongside notes of conifer forest, heather, and baking spice. Subtle hints of coffee, cedar, and toasted oak add complexity.
