Aged for a decade and finished in Spanish Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks, this limited-edition release marries Kentucky craftsmanship with Iberian warmth. Only 800 bottles were produced, with proceeds supporting World Central Kitchen, Andrés’ humanitarian initiative that provides meals in crisis zones worldwide. This bourbon is more than a spirit—it’s a toast to community, generosity, and global connection.

Appearance: Deep mahogany with ruby glints, reflecting its PX Sherry cask finish.

Nose: A rich bouquet of dark raisins, fig jam, and honey, elegantly layered over vanilla, oak, and warm spices. Subtle hints of spiced rum, espresso roast, and leather add depth and intrigue.
