Color: Reposado is pale straw; Añejo is light gold.

Nose: Reposado: cooked agave, citrus, butter and a little vanilla after six to nine months in oak. Añejo: caramel, vanilla, cooked agave and baking spice after 18 months.

Palate: Both keep the earthy, buttery Fortaleza agave character. The Reposado is brighter and fresher; the Añejo is rounder and richer.

Finish: Long and smooth on both, spicier on the Añejo.
